Religious babelization

"If God existed, and if He cared for humankind,
He would never have given us religion.
" Martin Amis

How true

"If work was a good thing, the rich would have it all and not let you do it." Elmore Leonard

Leonard, the "Dickens of Detroit" whose sharp dialogue has been favorably compared to that of Raymond Chandler, is a screenwriter and Edgar Award-winning novelist who has seen over a dozen of his stories adapted for the silver screen, most notably Get Shorty.

He began his career writing pulp Westerns, including his 1953 3:10 to Yuma, which was made into a classic Western in 1957 and was remade again in 2007.
